Charlie Brown brings over a decade of multifamily experience to Renowyze, where he leads sales and strategy with a focus on simplifying large-scale renovation projects.


Before Renowyze, Charlie played a pivotal role as Senior Manager of Strategic Accounts at Lowe’s, where he launched the first national renovation account team for multifamily housing. He also developed tools and processes that streamlined operations, pricing, and product standardization, delivering real results for his clients.


His career includes leadership roles at ForRent.com, Apartments.com, and Rhodie Group, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the challenges faced by property managers, contractors, and vendors.


Originally from Ohio, Charlie has worked in Pittsburgh, Nashville, Huntsville, and Delray Beach before settling in Orlando.
